"Farming smarter in a changing climate."
CAIP Agriculture is funded by WFP to help people increase production through skills and capacity building plus giving them resources and follow-up.
We train farmers in climate-smart techniques like mulching, composting, and the use of drought-resistant seeds. This program eliminates the total reliance on seasonal rainfall, ensuring that families have a stable food supply.
By ensuring a consistent source of income even during the harshest dry seasons, CAIP is securing the future of Rwandan agriculture.
"Cultivating with conservation. Empowering through innovation."
FSCA teaches local communities using Farmer Field School (FFS) modern ways of cultivating while conserving land and promoting innovation.
The project is built on four major principles that transform traditional farming into sustainable, high-yield agriculture:
"Clean water is not a privilege. It is a right."
CAPR's Mighty Water project distributes water purification filters to rural families who lack access to clean water infrastructure. Each filter is accompanied by hygiene education, follow-up visits, and community health training.
"Prosperity through training, savings, and resources."
It offers massive support to people in agriculture through training, teaching them to save and offers them equipment and practice for sustainable agriculture.
Participants are given bicycles to help them in their daily activities plus livestocks to prosper them. Over 8,500 people benefited and innovative projects were funded.
